Packet pickup will be held at the location listed below. UNLESS YOU PURCHASED RACE MORNING PACKET PICKUP OR PAID TO HAVE YOUR PACKET SHIPPED TO YOU, YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR PACKET AT THE WEBSTER SUN & SKI LOCATION DURING ONE OF THE TIMES LISTED BELOW.

Packet Pickup Rules
Bring your QR code that we email you the week of the race. This will help move the line faster.
You may pickup other people's packets besides your own but you must have the other person's registration QR code.
It is your responsibility to check your bag before you leave to make sure your packet contains all necessary items.

The following items should be in your bag when you leave packet pickup:

1x Run Bib Number w/Timing Tag
Packet Shipping Add-On
WE SHIP PACKETS ONLY TO INDIVIDUALS WHO PAID FOR THE ADD-ON OPTION DURING REGISTRATION. If you purchased race packet shipping, we will send a padded envelope 1-2 weeks before the event, with tracking included. ENSURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. During registration, confirm your shipping address. If your address changes, log in to update it. Lost packets marked as delivered may be replaced for $50; they must be picked up on designated days or race morning. If packets are lost in transit, they will be replaced at no cost.
Race Morning Pickup Add-On
No race morning packet pickup unless pre-purchased. If you added packet pickup to your registration, collect it at the packet pickup tent on race morning near the start/finish line. Packets will be ready starting at 5:00am. Please pick up your packet at least 30 minutes before your race start.
